Aiko Tanaka was born born in 1949 in Osaka,JAPAN

Involved in the management of a fine food Japanese restaurant opened and operated by her husband on Fifth Avenue in New York City.Subsequently worked as a party and food coordinator in countries around the world.
Established Edible Herb Garden Association to covey the importance of food for Japanese children and the delectable taste of Japanese cooking for people around the world.

Currently serving as a Director. Appeared on NHK’s “Today’s Cooking”and spoke about foods in other countries.
